Matariki Pandora Charm Collection
Celebrate Matariki with Pandora's Beautiful New Charm Collection with Aotearoa’s Dreamgirls Art Collective
Celebrate the spirit of Matariki with a meaningful keepsake that tells a uniquely Aotearoa story. Pandora's limited-edition collaboration with Wellington's Dreamgirls Art Collective transforms the symbolism of the Māori New Year into a stunning collection of wearable works of art.
Pandora partners with Aotearoa's Dreamgirls Art Collective for a limited-edition charm collection inspired by the nine stars of Matariki.
In a first for Pandora, the global jewellery brand has partnered with the acclaimed Dreamgirls Art Collective to create an exclusive collection inspired by the nine stars of the Matariki cluster. The collaboration sees artists Miriama Grace-Smith, Xoë Hall and Gina Kiel become the first New Zealand creatives to design for Pandora, joining the ranks of iconic collaborations inspired by Disney, Harry Potter and Marvel.
The collection features nine beautifully crafted charms, each representing one of the Matariki stars and its unique meaning — from remembrance and dreams to fresh water, abundance, growth and hope. Designed as modern keepsakes, the charms capture Dreamgirls' bold artistic style while celebrating storytelling, self-expression and connection to te ao Māori. Whether gifted to a bride, bridesmaid, someone special or treasured as a personal reminder of a special moment, each piece carries its own meaningful story.
Available for a limited time at selected Pandora Jewellery stores nationwide and online, the collection offers a beautiful way to celebrate Matariki while wearing a piece of New Zealand creativity wherever you go.

To celebrate the launch, the Dreamgirls Art Collective has also unveiled a striking large-scale mural at the intersection of Ghuznee and Leeds Streets in Wellington. Featuring a contemporary wahine surrounded by symbols inspired by each of the nine stars, the vibrant artwork reflects the themes of remembrance, renewal, aspiration and connection that sit at the heart of Matariki, creating a lasting public celebration of Aotearoa's stories and culture. www.dreamgirlsartcollective.com
