Located by the water’s edge on Princes Wharf, Wildfire’s dining area gets all the afternoon sun to bathe the entire room in natural light, creating a sense of space and well-being. Enjoying views of the Sky Tower and Waitemata Harbour, the dining areas comfortably accommodate up to 350 guests for formal dining. 

Operating since 1999, Wildfire is New Zealand’s first Brazilian Churrascaria. This centuries-old cooking style sees juicy skewers of meat cooked on an open fire, while Wildfire adds its personal touch by mixing their own secret spices, rubs, marinades and glazes, using premium NZ ingredients and the best fresh produce.  

Planning your wedding at Wildfire will make your dining unique thanks to their menu options served Rodízio style, meaning the waiter brings the skewer straight from the fire pit to the table. You and your guests can dine until your heart’s content with an array of meats, seafood and side dishes for a fixed price per person. 

To add to the experience, they offer NZ’s best wine, plus wines sourced from France, Italy, Spain and South America. On the cocktail list you will find crowd favourites, Wildfire originals and twisted classics created by Marko Farac, the award-winning bartender from Sydney.
