Cadence is a new wellness brand redefining how women understand, support, and celebrate their bodies

A bold new player has arrived in the women’s wellness space — Cadence, a supplement brand co-founded by inspirational advocate and author Jess Quinn and experienced business leader Katherine Douglas. Designed to help women better understand and support their bodies, Cadence marks a refreshing shift towards science-backed, empowering wellness made by women, for women.

Launching with three targeted formulations — Cycle Sister, Inositol Doll, and Grateful Guts — each product has been thoughtfully developed with scientifically studied ingredients to address some of the most common health concerns women face today, from hormone balance and cycle regularity to blood sugar and gut health.

For Jess Quinn, the creation of Cadence is deeply personal. “For me, Cadence was born out of my own struggles with endometriosis and fertility. I know first-hand how frustrating it is to search for answers, to feel dismissed, or to live with symptoms that impact every part of your life. Cadence isn’t just about supplements - it’s about creating what I wish I had on my own journey: trustworthy, accessible products, and a community that makes you feel seen, supported, and never alone.”

Her co-founder, Katherine Douglas, brings a background in science and product development, ensuring that each formulation is both effective and practical. “Cadence was born from a desire to take the science that so often feels out of reach and make it simple and helpful for everyday women. My philosophy towards formulation has always been to turn researched doses into practical solutions, and with Cadence, we’ve created products that are not only effective but also easy to integrate into daily life. For us, it’s about helping women feel empowered with knowledge and giving them tools that genuinely support their wellbeing.”

At the heart of the range is Cycle Sister ($45), a blend of Chaste Tree, Peony, and Milk Thistle designed to support regular cycles, mood balance, and hormonal health. Inositol Doll ($45) combines Inositol, Chromium, and Magnesium for balanced blood sugar and healthy metabolism. Finally, Grateful Guts ($45) brings together probiotics and soothing herbs like Slippery Elm, Chamomile, and Ginger to ease bloating and support digestive comfort.
