‘A boho chic vibe was the inspiration behind this styled shoot, to create a delicate romantic feel, while bringing the outdoors in through the use of a colour palette of vibrant burnt oranges, deep burgundies and earthy beige.

The stunning gowns add that boho chic look, especially with the touch of the veil. The deep tonal makeup, natural weaving in the hair, and unique nail design, tie it all together with a touch of whimsy.

Dried florals were carefully selected to reflect the boho chic theme, and included gorgeous locally grown toe toe, proteas, magnolia leaves, cotton and gypsophilia. The modern three-tier cake and stylish props complete the wedding style.

Silverstream Retreat was the perfect setting for this wedding style, with beautiful wooden floors and overlapping Persian rugs bringing the boho look to life. The contrast with the more Victorian-style windows framed the light perfectly and added that extra touch of chic.

The idea behind creating this styled shoot was to be able to celebrate all the local talent Wellington has to offer.
